Separate commercial scope
Pricing, enabled modules, outputs, service levels, data handling, support, security requirements and deployment responsibilities are confirmed in the relevant proposal, pilot scope or signed agreement.
No medical diagnosis
GOFA products support wellness, screening, engagement, intervention and preventive health workflows. They do not replace diagnosis, emergency care, medical advice or professional judgment from qualified personnel.
AI and screening outputs
Scores, alerts, reports, AI outputs and automated suggestions are decision-support information only and may have errors, omissions or estimation limits.
Product-specific terms
SilverCare, GOFA Health Plans, GOFA API/integration services and other product experiences may include additional terms, privacy notices, consent notices or service disclaimers.
Intellectual property
GOFA owns or licenses the website, software, platform interfaces, workflows, designs, trademarks, models, documentation and related intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
